Shipping Policy

BigDeal currently provides digital products and digital credits. Orders are delivered electronically, so physical shipping, carrier tracking, and postal delivery do not apply.

Digital Delivery

After checkout is completed, BigDeal starts the digital fulfillment flow for the product or credit package you selected. Access, activation, or credit balance updates may happen inside the connected product or source application.

Because these products are digital, delivery is usually tied to the account, app, or product context used during checkout. Please review the product name, account session, and selected package before completing payment.

Delivery Timing

Most digital orders are processed shortly after successful payment confirmation. Some orders may take longer if the payment provider, fraud review, product provider, or account-linking step needs additional time.

If an order requires provider-side activation, the product may not appear instantly even after payment succeeds. BigDeal will use the available order data to confirm payment status and complete the related fulfillment step as soon as reasonably possible.

Order Information

SocialShop LLC may use account, payment, device, and transaction information to process your order, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and provide customer support. We keep this information limited to what is needed for operating the storefront and related services.

Order information may include the selected product, payment session, source application, account identifiers, transaction status, and technical context needed to match the purchase to the correct digital destination.

No Physical Shipping

BigDeal does not ship physical goods for the digital products currently shown in the storefront. Shipping addresses, carrier tracking numbers, customs fees, and postal delivery windows do not apply unless a product page clearly states otherwise.

Delayed Or Missing Delivery

If a completed order does not appear in the expected product or account, contact support with your order details. We may review payment status, fulfillment status, account identifiers, and provider records to help resolve the issue.

When contacting support, include the product name, purchase time, payment email or account identifier if available, and any confirmation details shown after checkout. This helps us locate the correct order without asking for sensitive payment credentials.

Provider Availability

Some digital products depend on third-party platforms or connected applications. Temporary downtime, maintenance, account restrictions, or provider-side delays may affect when a digital product becomes visible or usable.

If provider availability affects an order, SocialShop LLC may coordinate a reasonable resolution based on payment status, product type, and the records available to us.
