These terms explain the basic rules for using BigDeal. By browsing, purchasing, or using the storefront, you agree to follow these terms and any product-specific terms shown during checkout.
You may use BigDeal to browse and purchase available digital products, credits, and subscriptions. You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and for using the storefront only for lawful purposes.
You must not use BigDeal in a way that interferes with the storefront, bypasses checkout controls, violates another service provider policy, or harms other users, SocialShop LLC, or third-party providers.
You are responsible for the activity that happens through the account, browser session, device, payment method, or connected application used during checkout. Keep your account access and payment credentials secure.
If you believe an order was made without authorization, contact support promptly so we can review the available transaction records and take reasonable steps to protect the storefront.
Prices, product availability, and checkout options may change over time. A purchase is not complete until payment is approved and the order is accepted. Digital products may be fulfilled through third-party services or connected applications.
Taxes, fees, foreign exchange costs, card issuer charges, and payment provider rules may apply depending on your payment method and location. BigDeal may cancel or refuse an order if payment cannot be verified, if abuse is suspected, or if the product is unavailable.
Digital products are generally delivered through account activation, balance updates, access grants, or other electronic fulfillment methods. You should review the selected package and destination account before confirming checkout.
Once a digital product has been delivered or activated, it may be difficult or impossible to reverse depending on the product type, third-party provider rules, and whether the value has already been consumed.
Some products, payment flows, and fulfillment steps may rely on third-party providers. SocialShop LLC is not responsible for external services outside our control, but we may coordinate with providers when support is needed.
Third-party providers may apply their own terms, eligibility rules, availability limits, or account restrictions. Your use of those services remains subject to the applicable third-party policies.
We aim to present product details, prices, and availability clearly, but storefront information may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. SocialShop LLC may correct errors, update product descriptions, or change available offers without prior notice.
If a material product or pricing error affects an order, we may contact you, cancel the order, or provide another reasonable resolution based on the circumstances.
BigDeal is provided on an as-available basis. We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the storefront when needed for security, maintenance, product changes, or business reasons.
We do not guarantee that the storefront, checkout, payment processing, or digital fulfillment will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, browser, or third-party service.
SocialShop LLC may limit access, cancel orders, withhold fulfillment, or take other reasonable action if we believe the storefront is being misused, the transaction is fraudulent, or these terms have been violated.
We may also preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce these terms, prevent abuse, or protect the rights and safety of SocialShop LLC, users, providers, or payment partners.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialShop LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of BigDeal. Your primary remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the storefront or contact support for order-specific help.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. If a dispute arises, the available remedy will depend on the order details, the applicable provider rules, and the legal requirements that apply to the transaction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BigDeal after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms for future use of the storefront.
